Traditional pasta from the Emilia Romagna and Marche regions of Italy. Made using only 00 pasta flour and free-range eggs. Tagliatelle means flat ribbons in English. Best eaten with beef ragout, topped with parmesan cheese.
Storage
Herts Pasta can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. Alternatively, the pasta may be frozen for up to 1 month before cooking.
Cooking Instructions
Put a large pan of water to boil, when boiling add a good pinch of salt.
Add the tagliatelle and stir three times with a fork, cook for 2 minutes.
