Filled pasta has so much flavour of its own, it doesn’t need to be overwhelmed. Sage Butter’s (Burro e Salvia) subtle flavour is the perfect and traditional combination. It matches all types of pasta, especially filled ones like Tortellini or Cappellacci.
Storage
Herts Pasta sauces can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. Alternatively, they may be frozen for up to 1 month before cooking.
Cooking Instructions
In a pan heat the sage butter until melted, add two tablespoons of the pasta water and stir well with love; put to one side.
When the pasta is ready drain in a colander. Add the pasta to the sage butter and water emulsion. Mix well!
Using tongs and a spoon transfer to plate/s, sprinkle with parmesan.
