It is never easy to decide the name of your own company
We spent 2 weeks brain storming (arguing) in the family, I assure you that brings the best out of us….
We chose HertsPasta in the end because I am originally from the North of Italy, Valle Cervo (Deer Valley) in the province of Biella in the Pre-Alps.
For me growing up, a bowler hat was the trademark of a British Gentleman, a stereotype that's still recognizable today.
Fresh pasta has been around for a very long time, we don’t want to reinvent the wheel, we want to give a true and original artisan experience to all our customers. It is made by me in my kitchen.
